Q1：Am I eligible for applying International Bachelor Degree Program(IBP)? 是否符合申請身份？
IBP accepts applications from both International Students and Overseas Chinese Students, but the application pathways are different.

Important Notes / 重要說明：
The online application through IBP is only for International Students.
IBP 線上申請系統僅限國際學生申請。
Overseas Chinese students must apply through designated pathways, such as Office of Global Affairs, NTHU(OGA) or University Entrance Committee For Overseas Chinese Students(UECFOCS).
僑生必須透過指定管道申請，例如 [國立清華大學 全球事務處 (NTHU OGA)] 或 [海外聯合招生委員會 (UECFOCS)]。
Applicants may apply through both pathways if eligible, and decide later which status to pursue. However, once admitted, you must maintain that chosen identity throughout your studies in Taiwan.
若符合資格，申請人可以同時透過兩種身份申請，並於之後決定使用哪一種身份入學。但一旦注冊入學後，在台就學期間（直至碩博班）皆必須依照所選身份就讀，不可更改。
