For International Student:
According to the "Regulations Regarding the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials for Institutions of Higher Education" issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE),
diplomas and transcripts issued outside of Taiwan must be authenticated by a Taiwan Embassy or Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in the country where the degree was obtained.
依據「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」，持國外學校學位證書、成績證明等證件，必須經由畢業學校所在地之台灣駐外館處（大使館或駐外經濟文化辦事處）驗證。
We advise you to contact the Taiwan Embassy or TECO in your country to confirm the required application procedures and processing times.
建議您主動聯繫所在國的台灣駐外館處（大使館或經濟文化辦事處），確認申請流程及所需處理時間。
The authenticated documents must include a Document Legalization Certificate issued by TECO, along with a Document Legalization Number.
驗證後的文件需附有我駐外館處所核發之文件證明書，並取得對應的證明書編號。
