Group A (甲組) 華語與專業學科 International Chinese Language with Multiple Disciplines
1. 依公告於校務資訊系統內完成流程
Complete the process in the Academic Information System according to the announcement.
2. 須繳交至國際學士班辦公室(教育館 R227)的資料:
Hand the documents to International Bachelor Degree Program Office (Education Building, Room227)
(1) 中文自傳(可繳交英文自傳)-以1張A4為限 Chinese Autobiography (English version is also accepted)- 1 page
(2) 歷年成績單 Official Transcript of all semesters
(3) 修課及讀書計畫-以1張A4為限 Study Plan- 1 page
(4) 學習中文的經歷或檢定證書Chinese Proficiency Certificate or Experience of learning Chinese
(5) 其他助審資料，如特殊表現、社團活動、得獎證明等 Supporting Materials, i.e. special awards, school club participation, competition… etc
(6) 以上資料備妥後裝入資料夾並附註申請人學號、姓名、就讀班級、連絡電話 Put all the (1) ~ (5) forms into one folder and write your student ID, name, department, and mobile phone number.
*必要時將安排面試。Interviews will be held if needed.
Group B (乙組)
不開放轉系申請 Group B is not open for transferring applications.
