學生於期中、期末考試期間原則上不得請假。
Students are not allowed to take leave during midterm and final examinations in principle.
但如因以下特殊情形，得申請考試請假：
However, leave may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:
• 因公 Official duties
• 急病 Acute illness
• 分娩 Childbirth
• 近親喪亡 Death of an immediate family member
• 不可抗力或不可歸責於當事人之事由 Force majeure or circumstances beyond the student’s control
申請時應檢附相關證明文件，並經任課教師同意。
Supporting documents must be submitted, and approval from the course instructor is required.
惟任課教師另有規定者，從其規定。
If the course instructor has additional regulations, those rules shall prevail.
